"So my husband and I had walked in the office with no appointment and Angelica Segura asked us how can she help us. With so many questions and assistance we needed Angelica helped us with transferring information and photos from my phone to State Farm. "Nancy is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE SPOKEN over the phone with in a long time, she is not helpful, she is very much rude and she hung up the phone on me, she should not be working in customer service with an attitude like hers. :-("
